The "Show Caption" item in the Layout Menu does not give any indication that it has been selected. Found this out because one day, the captions around my windows just appeared. I checked the Layout menu, and didn't see it checked. It started to bother me, so I just clicked it anyway, and lo and behold! it removed the captions.
Another thing - in the package editor, if you go to View->Show->Class panel, then click on the class panel to make it display vertically instead of horizontally, that will not save. It'll continue to display the class panel, but you have to change it every time you reopen the package editor.
Editor window - if you use it to check the syntax of code, the little bar that displays either the error or "No errors" will never go away until you close it and reopen the editor.
Another annoyance - my database wants to open for my captures window each time I restart CMUD instead of opening up for my main window. Not sure why it does that...
But again, these are all just slight annoyances. Nothing major that needs to be fixed immediately. Just wanted to point them out.
