Map Configuration

So a few days ago for some crazy reason I reconfigured my map setting. It used to work fine, but now it won't follow me if I have brief mode on.

BRIEF MODE OFF and it works
* HP:Healthy MV:Weary > n
Windswept Plains
Winds scour these plains, picking up dust and bringing them elsewhere.
Scrubby tufts of grass dot the area while most of the region is covered
by rocks and dirt. A forest grows to the north and northeast, and a large
road meanders from the south to the northeast.
[ obvious exits: N E S ]
There are some tracks of a ridden mount leaving south vSOUTHv.
There are some tracks of an animal leaving south vSOUTHv.
There are some tracks of an animal leaving north ^NORTH^.
There are some tracks of an animal leaving north ^NORTH^.
There are some tracks of an animal leaving east >EAST>.
There are some tracks of a ridden mount leaving south vSOUTHv.
A cute brown deer eyes you nervously.

and it doesn't work...not sure why it's not working anymore, used to work flawlessly a few days ago :\

Check that the "room description is optional" (or whatever it's called) in the mapper settings is set appropriately.
