In a DB variable if the key has a " quote somewhere other than first or last char, then everything after the " quote gets pushed to the value.
If the key starts with a quote using the package editor then when you save the key/value pair vanish.
If you enter this in programmatically then the KVP becomes inaccessible but if you use an empty #VAR command you can see the info remains.
If you end the key with a quote the key programmatically the info is visible in the package editor but can't be access programmatically.
If the quote char is not valid in a db variable key perhaps the help should say so and it should be made impossible to do.
If quote chars are valid in keys well then the implementation is buggy @ best. |

Confirmed and added to bug list. Quotes in values seem to work ok, but quotes in keys cause problems.
