Arrgghh! :) |
I sent a message to the support folks, but Zugg is down for the moment - I'm hoping somebody here can help me. Responses to diggle@gmail.com and/or here - HELP!
My original query and Chiara's response:
Deborah,
I can't answer anything this technical, and Zugg just has Lasik and won't be doing any computer work for several days. Try posting this question to the discussion forums at www.zuggsoft.com and see if one of the guru's there can help you right away. If you can't get a good answer by the weekend, send me another support request.

Hrm. That seems to indicate that sqlite.dll wasn't installed properly. Try deleting your CMUD folder and reinstalling - perhaps redownloading the installer too. It should be putting the .dll in the install directory, where CMUD can find it.
You're not on Vista or something, are you? |

Sadly yes, I am on Vista, a decision over which I agonized, but as I was buying a laptop I figured I'd be keeping it for a bit longer shelflife and was worried about Bill "retiring" any XP support.
I will redownload the installer, etc. Had tried reinstalling, but not redownloading the installer. |

Hrm... This is going to sound like a very very silly thing to try but...
Try installing Cmud again only instead of installing to the programs directory put in in a folder in your my documents directory.
Then try running it. If it works then we have a funny little oddity.
Close it if it worked and try the following either way.
I have no idea if it will work, I don't have Vista, but if it does you will have a working copy.
Copy the contents of the Cmud Directory that is in the my documents cmud and paste them into the one in the programs folder.
Then try running that Cmud directly. |

If you are still having issues with this you can check CMUD directory to make sure the sqlite.dll is there. Just in case you have a renamed version. You can also download the sqlite.dll from but that's an extreme approach.
Another worst case scenario is you can just PM me and I'll email it to you.
Make sure you are doing the installation as an administrator, and make sure CMUD has write access to that directory. |
