CMUD and CMUD Pro v2.22 BETA version released

I have released the latest 2.22 BETA version of CMUD. Please see the Version History for a list of all of the bug fixes in this version.
This version makes some very low level changes to the caching of the "enabled" value for settings/classes. It also changes scoping rules for Events, and changes how new settings are created vs overwriting existing disabled settings. So be aware that these kind of low-level changes can have a broad impact if there is a bug with them, so test your scripts carefully in this version.
As usual, please report bugs in a separate post and add [2.22] to your subject so that we will all know that you are using the current version.

Excellent job. By far the most stable and functional version I've used of Cmud to date.
