[2.20] ALT-<key> can't be used as a macro anymore
 
Even with "Macros override menu shortcuts" selected this selects the menu (if there is one) and doesn't run the macro.

Looks like this is related to the change in the 3rd party toolbar/menu component. I've added this to the bug list.
