2. Resize the sessions window by dragging either right or left sides inwards.

I am not able to reproduce this one at all. Can someone else try this too?

I tried this because I've been using multipe windows...and I swear zugg when you started talking about having the layout file corruption problems in 2.20, I got them in 2.18... but back to 2.20, I'm not having any problems, it seems to adjust size faster and with out any problems for me. previously in 2.18 if I had a long scroll buffer it would take a few second to move.

I think Guinn is actually talking about the initial "Sessions" selection window and not the main MUD window. Although none of the windows seem to cause any crashes for me when I resize them.

Guinn: Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of 2.20 so that when you get a crash you can submit it, or post the crash dump details here if you can't submit it. That might give me a clue as to what is happening.

Remove the user data (things inside My Games\CMUD) first so that it recreates all the purchased mud icons etc.
then open CMUD and resize the sessions window (only horizontally, vertically works okay)

Looks like the telling line is
exception message : System Error. Code: 1447. The window does not have scroll bars.

Nope, still cannot reproduce this. Can anyone else reproduce this?

Maybe it's an issue with the 64bit code in Windows 2003?? That's not a system that I have available for testing. I'm also a bit confused as to why the crash dump didn't give a stack dump of the CMUD code. So it looks like this error is coming from the Windows runtime and not from CMUD itself.

I can resize the session window just fine. Win XP SP2, FWIW.

Strange, it works okay in Windows 2000 and Vista inside VMWare.
Wonder if XP x64 has the problem, since that's similar to Server 2003.
Anyways, the full bug report is...

Guinn: Have you downloaded the updated version of 2.20? The new version isn't supposed to have all of that disassembly and process dump stuff. I need to know if that somehow still isn't fixed in the latest version, or if you are still using the initial 2.20 release that has this problem.

Not sure that will help with the scrollbar error. It might be a problem with XP x64, but maybe someone using that can also test it. I don't have access to any 64-bit versions of Windows here.

Just downloaded the new one and updated the bug report above.
I tried with Vista x64 and had the same thing, so seems like it could be a 64 bit thing.

Was wondering whether the
'exception message : System Error. Code: 2. The system cannot find the file specified. '
thing would relate to an x64 OS creating a 'Program Files (x86)' folder to put 32 bit apps inside?
