Crazy color |
Forgive me if I am wrong in doing this, posting a hosted picture to explain what I am talking about, as I didn't find anything in the rules on forum posts about this.
I know a few people have had problems with Ansi colors, specifically, codes appearing in logs, etc.
Here's my problem, and I know this isn't a high priority atm. Thats alright. Just want to get this to you and see if there's something I can do to fix this or if its a genuine bug.
I've circled the three areas where it pops up. Sometimes I can fix it be removing the item and wearing it again. These 3 I can't. This is in Cmud 2.20, the current beta. It happens in 2.18 as well. |

Redexing? Resizing? Works fine for me. Click the thumbnail :)
shalimar: nope, doesn't happen at all in zmud 7.21. In fact, at this point in time, zmud has been all around faster as our mud has a super easy color code system and restringer so you can customize your equipment. If I type 'eq' in zmud, its pretty fast, while cmud takes a sec and you can see it stutter.
Typing 'eq' gives me the list in the pic, btw.
Actually, its working pretty smooth now, as far as color and speed goes. Still got those three little blips though. I'm going to restring those parts and see what happens. I'm thinking, it'll fix it till it happens somewhere else. |

There is still a bug in CMUD regarding network packet boundaries. This is on the bug list for one of the next versions.

Ah. Well, this might actually be related to the ATCP thread I just posted then. Sorry!
