CLSID/UUID/GUID for CMUD.Application same as Zmud.Application

Looks like the COM Guids for CMUD was just copied from zMUD to CMUD.
They should definitely differ for the the library uuid and the entry-points coclasses refered to by Zmud.Application and cMUD.Application(currently they're both 0D271ED8-CA95-499F-9954-44076156E1A7)
Currently using either as a COM Server doesn't work correctly when you have both CMUD and zMUD installed. |

Yes, this was originally done to try and allow plugins to be compatible between zMUD and CMUD. It will be fixed when the plugin system for CMUD is fixed.
