i have a 160 GB portable hard drive with cMUD on it, i have my lisence key still active and have used it but when i plug it in elsewhere it asks me for a serial key, how can i stop this, also just a note about your trial period, any computer that has the DEEP FREEZE software has an infinite trial period

CMUD isn't portable. Even though you have it on a portable hard disk the license information is held in the registry which doesn't move with the disk. Zugg's not planning on making CMUD portable, but there are plans for a CMUD lite type program that probably will be portable and will allow you to use your existing settings (ones made in CMUD proper).
Deep Freeze will always be able to get around trial software limitations. Same as reinstalling the OS or restoring an image from a backup. It's not something Zugg could do anything to fix (and if he could then it would mean Deep Freeze wasn't working as it should be). |

i guess i understand why it shouldn't be portable, i guess if the license was in a registry it can't be posted to the internet, anyway i didnt mean anything bad about having deep freeze i just thought it was a flaw he might want to look at
