Cannot for the life of me figure this out. temp_mud file problem

So I am fairly experienced with Zmud in that I know how to set up aliases and multiple accounts for my MUD. I have two I have set up no problem, each save the aliases for my spellcasters etc, however I am trying to make a third. Did everything the same way by copying the class folder same as I have done before, but this time I keep getting a temp_mud file in my new directory and cannot for the life of me get any of my new aliases to save. What on earth am I doing wrong? and how do I get rid of this temp_mud file? (no matter what folder I try and copy it gives me the temp_mud file, I even tried deleting the new folder entirely and starting again...)

I bypassed the problem by placing the new folder in a totally different folder away from Zmud, but if anyone can tell me how to stop this happening within my Zmud main dir, it would be much appreciated :)

Thanks in advance guys!

The easy way to do this would be to simply create a totally new session for every character following my session ID's tutorial...
And saving all the things you want in ALL windows to the inherited settings file OR exporting them to text and then importing into the new session.
The second method is what I use for my own reasons (because I may mod it on 1 or the other and not want the mods to cross over).
