[2.18 Pro] Viewing a package adds it to the session |
(Yes, I know it's not technically in beta now, but bug reports can still go here, right?)
I wanted to look at a package and not have it added to my session, so I tried the File -> View Package option for the first time. I was having a little trouble with my script (again), but when I closed my session and re-opened it, the package I was only viewing appeared and was firing triggers. It apparently got saved to the database as part of my session when it shouldn't have been. |

I think this is as good a place as any to post as the general forum is going to be swamped with posts and it would likely get lost.
I'm fairly sure that the behaviour is by design, the only difference is that the OnLoad does not fire. I can see the use in what you are wanting and that the text suggests this is what would happen. Something to bring up with Zugg when he gets back. |
