This was after downloading during the installation process. I'll try downloading another copy soon.
Another download finished, so I'm not entirely sure what caused it.

That means you have some other program running on your computer that is preventing CMUD from starting. Make sure your anti-virus and anti-spyware software is all up-to-date. The AOL and Computer Associates Pest Control software was causing this error last year, but they updated their software to fix it. You should also try just rebooting Windows in case Windows it screwed up. Also run your anti-virus checker to make sure you don't have a virus that is corrupting EXE files on your computer.
