[2.14] Minor but annoying problem with macro |
I have the following macro set up...
Code: |
<macro key="ALT-D" append="true" send="false" id="93">
<value>describe </value>
</macro> |
Everytime I press ALT-D, the macro works as it should, but I hear the quick Windows "donk" sound.
This really isn't critical, but it's annoying. |

Make sure you go into Preferences and turn on the "Macros override menu shortcut" option. You might also try to determine what Windows is trying to do on your system in response to Alt-D. Maybe you have some sort of hotkey set up in Windows?

Turning on the "Macros override menu shortcut" option does prevent the sound from playing. Turning off the option causes the sound to play again. However, if I minimize CMUD and press ALT-D when the computer focus is on the Windows desktop, the sound does not play.
