When I make a #alarm +5 {test}
I see this in #alarm so works as it should

But how do I delete it again?

When you use "+", it means its a temporary alarm which in turn means that once it has done the thing you wanted it to do, it will delete itself.

I'm not really sure I understand what you mean.

If you're making a temp alarm just like your example above, once it has ran, it will delete itself.

If you're after turning it off at will when you feel like it, perhaps you should use something like

#alarm "testalarm" {+5} {#say test}

By giving your alarm a name, you can turn it off and on with #t+ testalarm for on and #t- testalarm for off.

I have never used temp alarms with fixed ID tho. If you're after it, you can as well use usual alarm with "*" and turn it off and on whenever you feel like it.

Ok. I see I can only stop it at will, not delete at will? (Before it runs out)

You can also use the #suspend command to stop it temporarily, if you want.
