I cannot reproduce this. I just did this:
1) Run CMUD and close the Sessions window
2) Enter this into the command line:
#MESSAGE "test"
it properly displayed the "test" message box and did not hang anything. So please tell me more about exactly how you are reproducing this. |

I am actually connected to the mud I play (t2tmud.org) and type #MESSAGE "test".
This caused cmud pro 2.08 to freeze completely.
I am running on vista ultimate as well, so maybe its not playing nicely with vista.
I also tried running cmud, closing the sessions window and entered #MESSAGE "test" in the command line with the same freeze result. |

I just tired it in 2.09 and it worked ok.
Guess it was just a bug on my machine in 2.08. |
