[2.07] Settings editor crash - RecordIndex out of range

Procedure
1. Launch CMud
2. Close Sessions Window (ESC)
3. Click 'Triggers' button
4. Click 'New -> Trigger' dropdown to create new trigger
5. Pattern: anything
6. Don't click save, just click 'New -> Alias' dropdown to create new alias
7. Don't type anything in the alias pattern, just click on the 'untitled' window at the top of the settings tree view
