[2.01] MXP from mud |
Seems that in the DIscworld mud, if you use 'term mxp' all color codes get ignored, however, 'term ansi' colors work fine.

There seem to be some MXP problems, so maybe they are related to this. I assume the "term mxp" is a MUD command? Without knowing exactly what it is sending to CMUD, there isn't much I can do with this bug report. You would need to capture what the MUD is sending using the #DEBUG command.
#DEBUG test.txt test.raw
and then use the "term mxp" command on the MUD. Then exit CMUD and send me those two files. That will allow me to see exactly what the MUD is sending to CMUD. |

No files received yet. Make sure you send them to sales@zuggsoft.com since other email addresses might be stripping the attachments or marking them as spam.

I still haven't received anything. Can you try putting the two files into a *.zip archive, or something like that. I'm not sure what email program you are using, but I'm not seeing anything with attachments coming into my mail server. Also make sure the file isn't larger than 5MB (which it shouldn't be)

"term mxp" on Discworld is the command to change the terminal type to MXP- which makes the MUD send formatting via MXP tags.
"term ansi" has it send colours via ANSI codes- I am not sure offhand how the rest of formatting is sent. |

Whatever the reason, this issue is fixed in 2.02.
