[2.01] CRL+F to for mapper search

If I have the mapper docked behind my main window, and then click the mapper lobe to do something with it, the search window isn't opening when I press CTRL+F. If it is docked next to the main window, CTRL+F works.

In general, mapper problems like this won't get resolved until the mapper rewrite for CMUD. The current mapper was ported directly from zMUD and isn't fully integrated with the new window docking system in CMUD. And I don't want to waste a lot of time with the mapper given that I'm rewriting it in a few months.
