[2.01] #GAG working weirdly

I have a basic capture/gag trigger that I wrote with v1.3x that worked fine. It looked something like:

#REGEX {^[a-zA-Z]{3,12} \((.{4,20})\): '.*'$} {#CAP clan;#GAG}
#COND {^$} {#GAG} {within=1}

This worked perfectly in v1.34... it gagged the line, and if it was followed by a blank line, gagged that, too.

However, now, if a line comes in that is so long that it wraps my screen, only the first screen line is gagged, the overflow is not. The mud doesn't word-wrap anything, it's where my own screen breaks the incoming line to wrap the text.

Ex:
Someperson (Rankname): 'This is a line that is so long that it would naturally overflow the width of my screen and progress onto the next line
on my screen.'

Where in v1.34 this entire thing would've been gagged, in 2.01, the words 'on my screen' are not gagged.
