[2.01] Variable value on gauge does not show |
I have a gauge with R.T. = @roundtime in the caption field. After I installed CMUD 2.01, the button is showing literally R.T. = @roundtime instead of the value of @roundtime. The actual gauge does seem to be functioning normally.
I changed the caption to "R.T. = "@roundtime, but the gauge does not count down correctly when I do that; it constantly shows R.T. = 0 and the red bar does not appear.
I tried changing the caption back to R.T. = @roundtime, and the button literally shows R.T. = @roundtime and the guage itself still doesn't work.
Ack. I'll try playing with this more a little later. |

Confirmed. Guess this was broken with the button fixes.

I'll need to look at this some more. It may be a problem with not just the button but also the associated triggers and alarms. The countdown alarm will work the first time I have a roundtime after I run CMUD, but the value of @roundtime seems to stay at zero after the first time.

...you have a good point, actually. I tried this again just now in another blank session and it's working again.
One caption-related oddity I noticed, though - I created a variable @test with the value "lol" and a button with the caption "omg: @test!" and it worked fine. When I deleted the variable, the caption changed to "omg: omg: !" |

I could get variables to show as long as the first thing in the caption was a variable.
@vitals.hp / @vitals.hpmax H
worked fine
H @vitals.hp
just showed the text instead of expanding the variable. |
