Quick question about prompts. (1.34)

As I've said before, I play Aetolia and I have my prompt triggered to have things tagged on the end of the pattern to reduce spam and keep me informed while using #GAG.
However, my problem is:

Despite the echo on the end of the prompt not showing, are the two bolded still triggering?
If not, is there any way I can fix this? |

There was a long standing bug with prompt triggering (GA/EOR as opposed to CR/LF) that has been fixed in the CMUD 2.x beta. So, the answer to your last question, I think, is to wait for the public 2.x release.
