[2.01] Activate NumLock setting reset with every restart. |
Disabled the "Activate NumLock" setting in the general preferences, saved, closed and restarted CMud, numlock came on and the preference was re-activated. Disabled it again, made sure it was really truly disabled, closed CMud, made sure CMud was really truly closed, restarted, same thing. Maddening on a laptop keyboard.

Look in your CMUD.INI file and see if there is a line
NumLock2=0
or try setting this to 0 and see if that helps. Not sure why CMUD would be changing this setting itself. |

OK, I tried that, it still set numlock on when it started and the preference was changed back to always enable numlock.
Just to be sure, I closed CMud, opened the file, edited, saved, and opened CMud.. didn't work. |
