[2.01] Variable convert to Function button not there.

The button mentioned in this thread http://forums.zuggsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=27713 to convert a variable to a function appears to be missing. At least I could not find it.

I removed the button from 2.01 because it wasn't working correctly yet. I thought it was better to remove the button than to have a button that was an instant crash.
