Version of %selected for use with ANSI?

I'd like to be able to use the mouse and right click menu to manipulate ANSI-styled text in CMud. %selected seems to only copy ANSI-stripped text. Is there an obvious alternative that I'm missing? If no, is this a viable feature (pretty please)?

Specifically, right this minute, I'd like to copy stuff to the clipboard so that I can grab just the paragraph that I need to make my trigger from. Copying to the trigger editor works great for just one line, not so great for more then that. Saving the buffer with ANSI enabled works, but requires more steps then should really be necessary, especially if you don't normally want to save ANSI colours in logs or if you keep needing new lines. Also, I think I can come up with more uses for %selected ANSI colour, given time.

(As usual, apologies for the twelve threads about this very subject that I haven't been able to find, I did look.)

I don't think there is any way to do that. I'll add an ANSI %selected option to the wish list for the future.
