Windows Vista, Support? |
I just recently updated my laptop to windows vista, I see that under the support section it doesn't stat that zMUD supports Vista. I downloaded it anyway, and the first time it works, but if I qq and try to reconnect it says there's an error and continues to stop working. Does anyone know when zMUD will support Vista? Please let me know.

zMUD will never officially support Vista - it's just too old. It still supports Windows 95! Instead of removing support for older OSes and stopping current zMUD users from using the product they paid for, Zugg decided to freeze development of zMUD and create a new product designed specifically for XP and Vista. CMUD is that product.
That said, there are people trying to get zMUD to work under Vista. Check out the two Vista-related sticky threads and see if they help. If not, try searching the forums (make sure you choose the zMUD forum only). If none of that helps, try posting your error - someone with Vista might be able to help you. |
