Printable Cmud manual?

I appreciate the value of the online manual in that it stays uptodate. However, it is inconvenient for me to read the manual online. Is there a printable version of the current manual available? I apologize if this question has been answered already. My search did not reveal an answer but I am still new at this.

In the CMUD command line type #help. When the window comes up click get updates. Then click File, Print.

Thank you for the quick response. I must be doing something wrong. File / Print just prints the first section not the entire manual. Any thoughts on how I am scewing this up?

The only way I know how to do it is to click on the text that you want to print and do that. I.E Select the section that you want and print out each one. Sorry I don't know of a better way to do this.
I had hoped it would print the whole manual from file print. But had never tried it.

Perhaps someone else knows a better way...

A simple though inelegant solution is to use the internet explorer print with the "print all linked documents" option selected. It works best when only a few links are selected as opposed to the entire webpage. Its not a great solution because it prints out a lot of extra waste pages - but it works.

If there is a pdf or some other printable format lying around somewhere I'd still like a link to it.
