Unable to view package library

Hi, I just recently bought CMud and am trying to access the package library. I'm sure I'm doing something stupid.
When I open the library and click on either Get Latest or Update All from the Library, I get the following error:
Error in package data:
File: . Line: 1067 Col: 13 Error: Mismatched end tag: start tag = "authors" End tag = "author"
And of course nothing is shown in the library.
Any ideas?

Are you behind any sort of firewall or proxy server that might be preventing CMUD from downloading the package library? What version of Windows are you using? I just did a fresh install of v1.34 and then uses the Get Latest from Library button and it worked fine for me here. So all I can think of is that there was a network error when downloading the library data.
