Daisy Chain

I am attempting to expand my keypad movement by allowing myself to use an additional key to indicate open/unlock direction.

It is my understanding based on the helpfiles that I should be able to use the daisy chain option to do this. Needless to say, but, it didn't work as I thought it intuitively would.

I have set KEY0 to "open " and selected the daisy chain option. no matter what combination of keys or the other options I select, I can't seem to get 0+8 to do open north, etc...

What do I have to do to make this work? Or will I have to make a seperate macro for each direction?

Works for me.

Try deleting that macro and trying again? Sometimes CMud can get out of whack like that (see: recent variable problem Guinn was recently able to reproduce) and just needs a quick poke--in the case of macros, this means a complete deletion and recreate since there's no compile tab. If that doesn't work, you might need to remove and freshly-reinstall CMud. If the problem still persists, barring a new bug it may be an issue regarding an old package file that contains an artifact stemming from a previously-fixed saving bug that messed up data in the database (sometimes CMud can't correctly repair these things, which then causes weird problems to pop up which few others experience).
