Detect doing nothing?

I would like to know is there a method to detect I am being free for 1 minute?No input, no trigger, no data package send to remote Mud server for a period of time? For example, 1 minute or something like that.

Since I use a lot of script to assist me to deal with the games, if anything out of plan happened, I need to know.

Perhaps something like this?

#alarm "IdleAlarm" *60 {do whatever}
#oninput {^*$} {#call %alarm(IdleAlarm,60000)}
