CMUD Auto Opening Doors Feature

Is there anyway to turn off the auto opening doors feature? I have tried clearing the settings under doors and strings, but it didn't do anything. I don't necessarily mean the opening doors in the map feature, just the one that automatically opens doors if you hit that direction in a room with a door. Like I said, I don't need the ability to open doors while using the mapper to spam places, but if that is the only way to do it, that is also acceptable.

As far as I understand, this is handled by the mapper configuration. From the mapper menu choose Connfig -> Configuration settings. Click on "Strings and Doors".

Clearing out the options here should disable the feature you are talking about. I hope that helps.

Nevermind, what you told me worked. It seems that part of another script I use to prevent the mapper from mis mapping when you run into a door involved also opening the door, so once I changed the config stuff the only problem I had was a script, but since Cmud had been doing it before I cleared that stuff I just assumed it hadn't worked.

in this same screen, when i put in options to handle locked rooms, like.. unlock %2;open %2
the %2 is never sent, just "unlock;open"

is this broken, or has the %2 changed to something else?

Sounds like CMUD isn't detecting what your door name should be. Not sure what how this works though. You could try setting the default for when a door name isn't received.
