[1.33] Bug, Tick Timer
 
The Tick Timer does not turn off when you log a character off, it counts down and enters the commands even after it is not connected to any MUD.

That's not a bug, it's a feature :)
I think some people wanted the timers to still count while disconnected, there's some discussion somewhere on the reasons (can't find it offhand though)

If you want it to stop when you are disconnected you can use the events ondisconnect onconnect to enable and disable the timers
