#cw and #color

Can someone tell me the logistics in the color values when using #cw and #color in this manner:

#cw 500

This will give you a background of 500 and a foreground of white. Though I cannot figure out the pattern, if any. When I go to set up a new trigger I have to use alot of time in trial and error testing colors to find the right one.

I have seen posts about using ansi, I get that. I don't get the #cw 100 is gold background with red foreground, or at least how to quickly come up with a color combo I want.

#CW red,gold

You want the %colorname and the %color functions.
