[1.30] cannot resize settings window

I cannot resize settings window in my cMUD.
The cursor change showing I could resize the window, but it does not work
Btw i can maximize, or minimize the window |

I believe this is a known bug/glitch.
You can resize the window if you drag from an edge (vs a corner).

Actually, the lower-right corner will also work. You just have to make sure the mouse is over the actual corner of the window, and not just over that icon in the corner. The icon doesn't work right now, but the corner should still work.
