list variable manipulation
 
Is there a command to force an item to the bottom of a list?

Not really, but there is one to go the other way. To do what you want you can simply use #delitem and %additem like so:

ListVariable = %additem(item to add, @ListVariable)
#DELITEM ListVariable item-to-remove
