I'll be playing and all of a sudden I have to keep scrolling the screen all the way down to keep up with what every new commands or output is going on. I even spam ctrl+z to keep scrolling the window all the way to the bottom. Sometimes I just sit and wait 3 minutes for it all to catch up and fix itself, but it's getting rather annoying. Any ideas?

The screen splits into two parts when you scroll up - one that scrolls with the text and one that doesn't. The bar's presumably just ended up at the bottom - drag it up. When you scroll so that the non-scrolling window has the bottom line, it'll automatically turn off. You can also use the #freeze command to toggle it, or #freeze 0 to turn it off.
