[1.26] Package Library sorts

The package library search boxes are sorting things by ascii value of characters instead of sorting by actual letter being used. That means that 'ZZ' will show up before 'aa' does, because the Zs are capitalized.
Just wondering if this would be a quick sort fix before the next version comes out. |

I'll be looking at the package library today and will check into the sort option. Seems like there should be a simple case-insensitive option that I can enable somewhere.
