Odd problem... (zMUD and CMUD)

I'm pretty sure it's something with dlls registering, but I can't run zMUD and WMA Convert (a program I use to convert media files) at the same time. Nor can I run zMUD after closing WMA Convert. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a problem similar to this, and what they've done to fix it. As of right now, I -have- to reboot in order to be able to use zMUD again.
By the way, the same thing happens with CMUD and WMA Convert.
