ping but no zing

I just installed zmud on my new laptop which runs vista.
Solved the problem you need to set it up as administrator to get it to work.
Now I can ping lusternia but not connect. Lusternia still connects fine on zmud running on xp on my old laptop.
Any ideas?

not sure how to run this code with zmud ... "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable" .. ?

Actually I'm pretty sure you're supposed to run that from the command line in Windows
