[1.24] Trouble with events not firing

I've been getting hit-and-miss results with events firing in my packages. I can't find a specific way to cause them to fail, such as putting the events in same/different packages, class folder vs root folder, etc. I just know that I have calls to #RAISE events in one module and it's not executing the code in my event handlers, either locally in that same module or in my main module.

I put a #SAY just before the #RAISE command to ensure that it is getting to that part of my code successfully. Not sure what else to do to figure this one out, though.

Raising the event from the command line does execute both events I have defined, in my main module and a separately loaded package.

Can you be more specific about which module the event is defined in and which module the #raise is being done in. Perhaps you can give more specific steps to reproduce this.
