cMUD Mapping

I've never used zMUD ... I'm currently trying out cMUD ... I noticed there is a "mapping" feature, but I can't seem to find documentation. Am I overlooking something? I'm hoping for a tutorial.

If not, can anyone help me get started with this?

Use the documentation from ZMud's help file system. It's exactly the same thing (literally, as far as the code is concerned), although several key features have been disabled or otherwise no longer work due to fundamental differences in CMud's development. The mapper is slated to be fixed and updated starting in late Spring.

Known problems:

1)docking the mapper means it doesn't work at all
2)the MapDir character (>) seems to be not working
3)several features have been intentionally disabled to prevent their use causing Access Violations

Is it possible to download just the help files and not the entire zmud program?

They're here on the website. Support->zMUD Support on the menu at the top of every page.
