Ok. Rookie Question. How do I change the font size and/or colors for the settings editor?

Unless controlled by something in the Color or Fonts Preferences, you can't. You can maybe try switching Window Themes, but I'm pretty sure that won't let you customize anything and themes are slightly broke anyways.

I will be adding something called "Styles" to a future version that will let you control all sorts of font size, color, etc for various parts of the CMUD user interface. This is also how you will change the styles used for various syntax elements with the syntax highlighter.
