It's possible that CMUD is using a different path to store the data now (if you didn't choose the install directory when you ran the installer), so you can't see them inside CMUD but they still exist where they did previously. CMUD doesn't overwrite any settings when you update as far as I'm aware.
As general notes, CMUD's still a beta and has been known to corrupt .pkgs - backups are a very good idea. 1.13 and 1.15 were especially bad for muffing up package files, so losing them might not be such a bad thing. |
