[1.17] Export causes CMUD.ini to be saved outside CMUD dir |
Definitely not in 1.16 - guess it's part of the new stuff for saving mud files to custom locations.
Open cmud, hit esc for untitled session
Click 'Settings'
File -> Export All
Save to any location
Close CMUD
Go to the location you saved the exported XML. It'll be there, but you'll also have CMUD.ini there too.
btw, I left the data location as it's default during install (same folder as CMUD, D:\Program Files\CMUD) |

Actually I see the file save all over the place, depending on the last file operation you did. Basically the working directory is getting changed during dialogs for file open, and save as.

Vijilante is correct...it's using the current directory, which gets changed by many different file operations. This problem is already fixed for v1.18.
