[1.15] #VAR defaultvalues are ignored for existing vars
 
This may be a bug or it may be an undocumented feature (and a change from zMUD).

When using the #VAR command, if your variable does not exist, the default value you provide does take effect. However, if the variable already exists, then it does not take effect.

e.g.
#VAR TestHour 12 55
The default is set to 55.
#VAR TestHour 12 57
The default is still 55.
#VAR TestHour 12 _nodef
The default is still 55.

Adding a ClassName doesn't change the behaviour (so long as you are using the same ClassName consistently).
