[1.15] Bottom-Right Grip in the Package Editor is Broken.

The bottom right corner of the package editor does not allow you to stretch and resize the window, despite changing the cursor to one that indicates it can be dragged.
The bottom right corner (just outside the grip) works. |

Looks like it's a common problem for the Developer Express Statusbar component and happens in most CMUD windows. I'll add this to the bug list, but it will probably be a low priority.

Could you just turn off the grippy-symbol then, so people don't TRY to drag it?
