How to send the # character to the mud? |
Ok the mud I play uses the # character as a signal to break the queue. In Zmud I could send ~# and it would send the # character to the mud. CMud does not allow for this (at least not that I can tell). Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do this?
Thanks!

~# should work, but doesn't, the ~ isn't stripped. Guess it's a bug. "#" works, as does `# though I have no idea why.

'#
works cause any line starting with ` will not get parsed
"#" works cause it means to send literals
~ no longer is an escape character in cmud |

It is *supposed* to be the escape character. So I'll add this to the bug list. |
