[1.13] Closing split screen on a capture window

I can ctrl tab to my capture window. When I do so I can use page up and page down to split the screen to scroll up through my capture window. Using ctrl z will neither start nor stop the scroll, page up and page down work fine. to stop the split screen I have to page down to the bottom again, and then hit page down one extra time. ctrl + up jumps the window down to the main window instead of the capture window.
