[1.17] Idea: Command line focus

If you select a child window which does not have a command line, then leave the main window command line still in focus.

Unfortunately, this is very hard to do. I tried it once and ran into all sorts of problems with Windows focus loops. Imagine that the child window is undocked. So now when you try to click on it, it gives the command line back in the main window the focus. So now you have a window that you can't focus! You can't move it, or resize it, or right-click on it to turn on a command line, or anything.

Messing with the normal Windows focus is a huge headache that just causes all sorts of bad side effects. Not something I plan to mess with for a while.
