The 1.09 BETA version of CMUD has been released. Please consult the Version History for details on changes.

The help system has been added to this version. The topics in the help system are only placeholders for now. I ported the zMUD command and function topics but have not gone through and modified them to reflect any changes in CMUD.

However, since the help system has a "Get Updates" button, you can periodically download the latest versions of the help topics as they are added and improved.

Several bug fixes, included several bugs related to local variables, and various crash bugs (like closing sessions). I still have other bugs on my buglist, but will probably start working more on help files for the next week or so.

It's also very important to start making sure that CMUD can load existing zMUD *.MUD files. So if you have a *.MUD file that doesn't load into CMUD, please send it to me. I'm not talking about all of your scripts magically working...I'm just talking about the *.MUD file converting and loading without crashing.

Please be sure to send in all crashes that you get. It's important for me to see crash dumps even if they are something you already reported in previous versions. If you sent Feedback (vs the Send Feedback) then I still have that, but it doesn't hurt to remind me of any critical issue that you think needs to be fixed.

Remember to start a new Forum Topic for each new bug report, and to be as specific as you can when reporting bugs. The bugs are starting to get more and more obscure, which makes reproducing them harder and harder.
